If you feel you are in a life-threatening situation, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency department or contact your primary care provider.
For prescription refills, please have your pharmacy send us a request. Remember, for controlled substances, you must have been seen in the last 3 months for stimulants and the last 6 months for hypnotic agents. The office policy is to NOT refill if your last visit is outside of this range.
No medication refills are provided after hours. Please plan accordingly.
If you are having a reaction from a medication we prescribed, please discontinue the medication, seek medical attention at an urgent care or emergency department as needed, ask the treating provider to contact us and then message us via the patient portal.
